Choosing airlines with the cheapest discount business class airfare isn't difficult, but it does involve several considerations. Rather than looking for seasonal or occasional cheap fares, you need to find airlines that consistently offer low fares. A good last-minute deal may not be typical of what an airline offers the majority of the time.

Domestic Airlines

1. Southwest Airlines

International Airlines

1. WestJet
   WestJet, a Canadian airline, is Canada's second-largest airline after Air Canada.
