Business Travel in Las Vegas

Las Vegas isn't suppose to be all business, even when on a business trip. While you are sure to have different events, conferences and meetings to attend to, it doesn't mean you can't sneak in a little fun. After all, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, so during your business trip, make sure to set aside some time to see a show or take in one of the many different sights available to you in the city. Of course, you still need to present yourself in an air of professionalism, especially when meeting clients and essential company members. It is possible to do this and maintain your professional side, all while having that fun side as well.

Transportation

Sure, you can rent your own car while in Vegas. If you simply must drive, it is possible to rent just about any car on the planet right here. Whether you're looking for a Ford or a Ferrari, there is a rental agency for that. However, showing up to your business meeting in a Ferrari might not show the financial responsibility and professionalism you are going for. Instead, you should probably consider another method of transportation. A driver and car rental service is always a good idea while in Vegas. With this option, a driver picks you up from the hotel, drops you off at the meeting sight and is able to take you to any other destination of your choosing. With a variety of driver assisted services, the prices are desirable in Las Vegas and you don't have to worry about running into drastic overcharges.

Hotels

There is no shortage of hotels in the city. After all, just about every block has a bigger and better hotel than the last block. With this being said, you need to consider what works best for you. Having a hotel closer to your meeting sight ensures you have more time to prepare, while hotels closer to the strip make it easier to sneak off and enjoy some of the entertainment available. This is simply something you need to consider when booking your hotel. There really is no way to go wrong and you can always have a hotel room at your disposal. Best of all, with so many hotels available, you'll always find a desirable deal.

Dining

At your hotel, chances are there is a restaurant on site. Many hotels even have special happy hours where you can enjoy a few drinks for a heavy discount. Of course, there are some of the world's greatest restaurants in the city as well, so there is no limit to what you can eat and how much you can spend. Make sure to take this into consideration before entering the restaurant. Some of the restaurants at the MGM and Caesars are going to cost upwards of $100 per plate. If this isn't something budgeted for your business trip there is always a second or third (or 10th) option in these hotels, so you don't have to over spend at all.
