Little Palm Island is one of the few all inclusive resorts in the Florida Keys.

Popular Inclusive Packages in the Florida Keys

Unlike many destinations in the Caribbean, most of the hotels and resorts of the Florida Keys aren't entirely all-inclusive. Yet, travelers can still purchase packages ahead of time that takes care of most costs as well as offer competitive rates to other island locales—all without the need for you to obtain a passport.

Little Palm Island Resort & Spa

Little Palm Island, like many of the other entries on this list, isn't all-inclusive, per se. That being said, the resort offers no fewer than four different packages that include three daily meals and a host of activities, bringing it about as close as you can get to all-inclusive in the Florida Keys. Catering mainly to honeymooners and anniversary vacationers, Little Palm Island features secluded bungalows for guests with a central dining room club house that is the center of activity. Packages can include scuba diving, sailing, deep sea fishing, or an option to create your own. The biggest feature is that the island's small size makes guest services a highly efficient priority. Don't expect to catch up on emails here. The sound of a ringing cell phone would be a major taboo.

Heron House

With both Heron House and Heron House Court, the owners of these two properties brought an upscale adults-only bed and breakfast atmosphere to laid-back Key West. Breakfasts are included every morning, and the weekends feature complimentary happy hour wine and cheese pairings, though you'll be on your own for dinners. The private and serene B&B grounds are situated within Key West's Historic District, meaning there are no shortage of activities to embark on if you do decide to leave your secluded retreat. The Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum is only five blocks away, as is Harry S. Truman's Little White House, his "winter White House." While these activities aren't included in your stay, the pleasurable staff is more than willing to point you in the right direction and help you craft the perfect getaway vacation of your dreams.

Hawks Cay Resort

Located on the island of Duck Key, Hawks Cay Resort isn't so much all-inclusive as much as it offers guests the ability to do just about anything from the hotel grounds. With four restaurants on-property, Hawks Cay also offers visitors the chance to take part in yoga, tennis tournaments, golf, water sports, and sailing opportunities, though not all are included in the price of your stay. The bed and breakfast package will take care of some of the meals for you, and if you're worried about entertaining teens or younger children, the property's Coral Cay has all of the kid-specific programs that they could ever need to stay busy.

Southernmost Beach Resort

The Southernmost Beach Resort may seem like any other beachside stay at first glance, but dig a little deeper, and you'll see why people return year after year. While not completely all-inclusive, a common Key West package for hotels is an included breakfast. Where the Southernmost really shines is their partnering with local events: the Songwriters Festival, BrewFest, and Fantasy Fest. If you choose to come during one of these celebrations, the staff will make sure you know the ins-and-outs and won't be left wanting for more activities. They even host an Eco Resort Series featuring a marine biologist explaining the delicate reef systems. Whether it's something as simple as live music by the pool or a week-long beer tasting, one thing is for sure. Visitors surely won't be bored.
