Jamaica has some of the best all inclusive resorts in all of the Caribbean.

Jamaica's Top All-Inclusive Resorts

Jamaica has a healthy amount of all-inclusive resorts, as you might expect from most places in the Caribbean. What you might not expect is that there are quite a few clothing-optional resorts here. Some places, like Hedonism II (which we've mentioned before as a place to vacation au naturel), are well known for it, but even the Sandals locations here have clothing-optional beaches. While there are some family resorts here, honeymoon-oriented and adults-only resorts make a strong showing.

Couples

Couples runs four different properties in Jamaica, and all of them are among TripAdvisor's top ten all-inclusive resorts. Unlimited food, drink, and room service are included, as well as nightly entertainment, unlimited scuba diving, and other water sports like sailing, snorkeling, and kayaking. They'll also take you out golfing with complimentary greens fees at Negril Hills Golf Course and Sandals Golf & Country Club. Guests can also explore the surroundings, by land or by sea. There are a few differences between resorts—you can't take a catamaran from Sans Souci, for instancebut the resorts all have a lot to offer. Plus, the "no kids, no singles" policy means you won't be stepped on or run into by a child, or propositioned by a stranger.

The Caves

The Caves is a cliffside resort that winds in and out of the rocks, offering a stunning view of the sea. The resort has only twelve rooms, each one uniquely designed. The dining is a little more restricted, as you might expect from a resort this size. But as you might also expect, it's betterfresh, local, and wonderfully prepared. The food is plentiful, as are the drinks, with a bar set in a cave. If the setting somehow isn't enough, there's a saltwater swimming pool, guided snorkeling tours of the caves and grottos, a sauna, a cliffside hot tub, and libraries of music and movies for your room. This is a more intimate resort, aimed at beachgoers over 16-years-old.

Jewel Dunn's River Beach Resort & Spa

Jewel Dunn's is all about the classic all-inclusive experience. The 250 rooms are divided up among three buildings and come equipped with a four-poster king bed, free Wi-Fi, and colonial decor. There are six restaurants and five bars, in addition to in-room dining. Your vacation also includes green fees at the nearby Runaway Bay Golf Club and day trips to see the sights in town. Water sports tend not to be part of the packages—scuba and snorkeling are extrabut they can teach you while you're there if you've never had the chance to learn.

Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa

The Grand Palladium Jamaica sits on a rocky outcropping looking out over the Caribbean Sea. It's massiveit has 540 junior and full-sized suites, seven a la carte restaurants for dinner, three buffets for breakfast and lunch, thirteen bars with unlimited drinks, a casino, a shopping center, and an enormous pool. Water sports are included, though the website is a little fuzzy on what "all water sports" entails. The resort offers a complimentary bonus package to honeymooners who were married within the last two months, though newlyweds may actually want to check out the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton, a more adult, honeymoon-oriented destination with another 500 rooms that occupies the same grounds and shares facilities.
