You might be surprised to learn that the cast of Real Housewives of New York have ventured out of their New York paradise to a foreign country, but the show had a memorable season shot in Columbia. And the ladies seemed to really enjoy themselves.

Except for the time when their boat sunk at sea. Thankfully, they all survived and were soon back to binge drinking and shopping just like nature intended.

Harry Connick Jr. (New Orleans)

When Harry Connick Jr. visits New Orleans, he's not just on vacation--he's coming home. While the Louisiana native might not live there full time anymore, he's definitely no stranger to the city.

It's clear that Connick's love for the city runs deep, considering he had this to say about the place: “New Orleans is a city of paradox. Sin, salvation, sex, sanctification, so intertwined yet so separate. The blurred lines from the dark blue of Mardi Gras night to the periwinkle of Ash Wednesday morning”

Eva Longoria (Maldives)

When she's not making trouble on Wisteria Lane, you might just spot Eva Longoria enjoying the sun in the Maldives. This lesser-known island chain in South Asia is the pefect spot for privacy minded celebs.

Generally, locals don't live on the islands designated for tourism, which is great if you're a superstar not looking for much human contact. And with views like these, who would ever want to leave?

Rihanna (Puerto Vallarta)

Rihanna might like vacationing in the Mexican city of Puerto Vallarta, but that doesn't mean her trips are always sunshine and roses. Some pretty embarrassing photos surfaced of her 2018 trip there.

Judging by the photos, it looks like she was having a heated photo with her (now ex-) boyfriend, Hassan Jameel. Let's hope that didn't ruin her love of Puerto Vallarta entirely!

Harrison Ford (Jackson)

Jackson, Wyoming might not seem like the place where celebrities come to live it up. But it absolutely feels like a place you'd have a random Harrison Ford sighting.

In fact, Ford loves the area so much that he's even got a house in Jackson. The actor says that one of the main draws of the town was being treated like a normal person--people either didn't seem to know or care that he was famous.

Emma Stone (Paris)

Paris is the fashion capital of the world, but you don't need to remind Emma Stone of that. The Hollywood actress is already well aware of all that the French city has to offer.
